How do Vacation / Honeymoon Rentals work?
- Price options are set per day, per 2 days, per 7 days and per 14 days.
- Prim limits are set and cannot be increased on in most cases, the listed prim allowance on the box is what is left over after decoration etc for YOU to use. Any prims put down over and above your allowance will be auto returned to you
- There is no grace period on vacation rentals. If you wish to extend your rental you must do so before the time on your box runs out or it will automatically evict you within 2 hours of the time on the box running out, when this occurs anything you have rezzed on that sim automatically will be returned to you.
How can i use this rental as my permanent residence?
If you would like to rent this parcel on a more permanent basis just make sure to mention this to CSR or Manager helps you find your rental or that contacts you to set you up after you have initiated the rental on your own. All decor and prim allowances are set but in the event you would like to clear the interior or change things around perhaps you have the option to do so within limits as long as you are willing to pay at least 4 weeks in advance on your rental. If you indicate to us that you will be living here as a resident the rental payment procedures when it comes to grace periods etc will then apply, instead of the vacation rental procedure. You can find all this information in your resident package which you will receive shortly after renting.
