* The Prims displayed on the tierbox are the prims "left" for decorating. Prims for house and outside decor in place are not being displayed on the box. True prim value of parcel is a lot higher.
* Please note that when there is indoor decor, that the prims left might be lower. Ask aidentigra for more info.
* Prim Upgrade or Downgrade is possible. Prims are not set in stone. Please let us know what you need
